In case of order cancellation after payment, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Mode of the refund will be decided by our company. Decision of refund mode will be according to convenience of transfer, amount and management decision.

8. Injunction Relief

In case of a breach of these T&C that causes significant damage, White Paper General Trading  LLC OPC (Samagri) reserves the right to seek injunctive relief (legal action to prevent harm) without prior notice. The maximum Payment will be AED 300.00 against any and all such claims. 

9. Trademarks and Copyrights

All trademarks, logos, product images, and content displayed on Samagri.ae are the property of White Paper General Trading  LLC OPCi or its respective owners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and are liable to legal action against the violators. 

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

11. Arbitration

In case of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website if you:

  • Violate these terms.
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities as per UAE Laws and  rules & Regulations.
  • Attempt to disrupt our business operations.

Termination may occur without prior notice, and you may be held liable for any damages incurred.

13. Return and Refund Policy

At White Paper General Trading  LLC OPC (Samagri), we strive to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, we offer a return and refund policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • Returns are only accepted for defective products or Damaged during Transportation.
  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • A team from White Paper General Trading  LLC OPC will investigate and inspect the type of Damage or Defect. Our  team will take decision on the basis of inspection and investigation wrt exchange or Refund, and its decision will be final and abided by the customer. 

14. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-6 business days.
  • Express Delivery: 2-3 days – Available at additional charges.

Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs) are beyond our control. And no refund will be entertained for late deliveries for any and all reasons.

15. General

  • We may update these T&C at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  • If any provision of these T&C is found invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.
